Front office staff welcoming office clean and comfortable wait time was not long. Minor issue with insurance but was fixed and apologized promptly for any inconvenience. Dr was very informational with sleep apnea testing my husband has come along way and everything was exactly as explained which eased some anxiety we were experiencing and the follow up calls were welcoming and felt the concern of the staff. thank you for you professionalism with our care.

Honestly was not happy with this practice. The doctor is very rude and in my opinion does not have good bed side manners. Very rude. Even though my wife told me to go elsewhere, I kept going back thinking the doctor would listen to my concerns. Instead the doctor wanted to do her own thing and she felt irratated when I would speak up regarding my concerns. Even after my appointment her receptionist didn't ask me to reschedule for future appointments, just straight rude. The only reason this place of business did not get a 1 is because the hygienist. I dont remember his name but it was a guy. He was super nice and while cleaning kept me calm. I would think he was the doctor since he was very professional and had good bed side manners. Anyways bad experience here and would not go back. Probably worse experience I've had regarding a dentist.

I just became a new patient of Dr. Nivedita, she is very professional and informative. My appt. was handle efficiently and her work shows it. I was happy with my teeth whitening and fillings she had done. Don’t want to forget to give Kudos to the receptionist for being on top of checking me in and acquiring accurate payment before being seen (takes the stress of unknown cost). Also kudos to the dental hygienist Ruben who was thorough and gave cleaning practices as he was performing my cleaning. Office is super clean! Back of the office looks organized and also super clean. Would highly suggest Dr. to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming dentist who makes you feel relaxing while in the chair.

My 3rd visit here and ALL the staff is wonderful. When you walk in and greeted with a smile by Christina, you will know you picked the right DDS office. I am very picky on my doctors and Dr. Nijhawan is attentive compassionate and kind. I am a huge chicken when it comes to riddles, but she will ease your mind and be gentle as she numbs you. I am very glad I found her. And it is well worth the 30 miles to get here.
